On May 1st the Town of Wellington Planning Commission will be acting on the proposal by Connell Resources to build a Hot Mix Asphalt Plant in the Northeast section of the Business Park, 3/4 of a mile from the Buffalo Creek residential area.
The purpose of this announcement is to provide every household in Buffalo Creek information about how to contact the members of the Town Planning Commission to express your opinion regarding this matter.
You Can Express Your Opinion in Different Ways:
You can attend the May 1st Planning Commission meeting and speak during Public Comments.
There will be a sign-up sheet, and speakers will be called in the order they are signed up. Statements are limited to 3 minutes.
You can provide written comments to the Planning Commission using the online form: https://bit.ly/PCPublicComment.
Include your name and address and compose your message directly in the comment box.
Written communications received before 3:00pm Monday, April 24, 2023, will be included in the Planning Commission agenda packet.
Written communications received after April 24, 2023, will not be able to be included in the agenda packet.
No written comments will be accepted after 3:00pm Friday April 28, 2023.
